E' normale, visto che vedono diverse persone e poi decidono tra i vari interessati quale sia il miglior flatmate.
Se stai valutando di andare a vivere da solo, in un 1 bedroom flat, allora puoi contattare le varie Letting Agencies (beware Granton Mgmt, they are shite!) o guardare i loro siti x vedere cos'hanno sul mercato. Se vivi da solo avrai uno sconto del 25% sulla Council Tax (da richiedere compilando moduli, ecc)
